Amazing little device that solved a bunch of problems
Rarely does a device come along that a) just works, b) doesn't need any screwing around, c) solves a bunch of problems at once. I'm running Linux (Debian), watch TV connected to my PC that either plays from a local NAS or streams from Youtube / Netflix / Disney. It takes a little getting used to because it's gyroscopic (so the angle can accelerate the cursor), but perfect for adjusting volume, skipping ahead / rewinding, pausing. It's also great if I'm cleaning with music or a podcast and want to adjust the volume without going over to the keyboard as well. Typing is a bit slow, takes awhile for each letter to show up so it's easy to miss a few. It would be fantastic if the keyboard was backlit as well, hard to see at night. So minor though. I wanted an app that could do the same, but after trying a bunch for hours this was as plug and play as one can get. I've charged it once or twice over the last few months, so great battery life as well. So happy with this

I really want to love it but...
This product is such a great idea, and mostly works, but has two major flaws that make it a 1 star in my opinion.1. If you plan to use this with a home theater PC and want to control your tv or surround sound volume with the remote you're out of luck. When the dongle is plugged in you can only reprogram the power button. My dream of eliminating 2 remotes and a keyboard and mouse are gone.2. There is no backlighting on the keyboard side. In a dark room good luck hitting the right keys.Other than that it's fine I guess. The mouse tracking and clicking functionality is really well implemented, but ergonomically it's awkward for using the keyboard and with the issues above it is hugely disappointing. Such a shame because #1 above is purely a firmware issue and would make this a 4-star product for me.

Volume buttons don't work
All buttons work except for the volume buttons. I use it with my 4K fire stick on my tv. The volume buttons don't work no matter how many times I tried to sync with my fire stick remote or my samsung tv remote. Now the cursor. The cursor doesn't show on firetv home page AT ALL but it's there you just can't see it I know because it worked when I tried to press the OK button to see if it opens anything, and it did. but still, you can't use it if you can't see it on the screen so the cursor is pretty much useless. I tried with a few apps on my fire stick and it works best on HBO max. cursor shows but doesn't work on Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.The best thing is the qwerty keyboard, works fine on all apps and flatforms. so that's the only thing that make me keep this.

Works great but heads up
It's an Amazing Remot and works perfectly for what I need. My only issue was the power button doesn't work unless you program it using your old remote. Also don't plug in the dongle until you program it (that should be a warning in the user Manual).

Limited Usefulness
Paired with the TV BlueTooth & programmed with the TV Remote.Sleek in appearance. As a standard remote it is Good for volume, back and forth and that’s mostly it.The keyboard is useful when TV (Sony Bravia) is in Google mode. Keyboard does not work with most streaming Apps.I vote this remote a ‘Mostly Dud’. Had I known, I would not purchase this remote any amount.

Works with Nvidia shield (2017 version)
Works great in Shield as long as your close enough. Some people claim that it doesn't work in plex, that is incorrect. Sometimes it gets stuck, but if you hit the back and go back in your fine again. Not a terrible issue and much better than the original shield remote. It also works fine in prime, netflix, vudu and showtime app. The keyboard also works great but sometimes you have to choose keyboard mode as the shield option. It would be nice if there was a button that would tell you how much charge that's left. A button and a cheap 3 led display that shows you full, half, low charge would be great. So far, I've used it without needing to charge it again. There is a distance issue between the dongle and the remote that anything beyond 7 feet and communication gets spotty. I'm planning to get a usb extension cable and re-position the dongle outside my entertainment furniture
