Great for work-from-home office chair

Comfortable
It's very comfortable I used it for my gaming chair but I'm going to get one for my car also because it supports my back, and the gel pack gives it a soothing feeling.

❤️ excellent support, quality, great price, bonus features
I was pleasantly suprised by the excellent lower back support. It's firm to do the job very well, yet is still pleasingly soft and comfy somehow. The cover zips off to machine wash. And bonus that I didnt even realize was a part of this is a heat/freeze packet to treat sore muscles, which slips into a pocket. Great price for the quality and special features. So happy that I chose this one. Seems like it will last a long time too because of the guality.

Should have bought one that was not FSA eligible
This is the worst back support I've ever had. A rolled towel might be better. I only purchased this because it was FSA eligible and I wish I would have bought one out of pocket. It is very uncomfortable. It provides the bare minimum of support. I just may see if I can return it, and I don't return much unless it's terrible. Well, IMHO it's terrible. The only reason it is being rated so highly is because it is well constructed. Not saying much if it does not serve its purpose.

I want to start off I am a big man 550lbs 6'3". I recently started having pain after getting up from sitting for long periods of time in my lower back. This has since remedied that! Although its not the most comfortable all the time it does work.

Though we don’t have back pain problems but it’s a good support for the backbone! It works for my family!

Too large for a short person
I am 5'3". This cushion is much too large. It pushes the majority of my back forward instead of only the part that is supposed to curve forward. This worsens my back pain instead of relieving it. Unfortunately I cannot find any lumbar support product that is made for short people, so I am using a rolled-up scarf instead.
