Blues String
Definitely for Blues and Rock, not for modern metal or if you want to shred. Plain strings feel less slinky than Ernie Ball's.

I don't like the Screeching
Due to the fact that most roundwound strings screech on the lower strings I have gone to D'Addario half round strings which reduce this problem. Otherwise these strings are fine.

These are what one would expect.
Very consistent build.I wish D'Aadario would quit the way they color code the ball ends, where each set is on to it self.A 10 is a 10, make all 10s the same color.These can be bright to brittle on some guitars, to me.Pure nickel cures that.The shipping packaging did almost nothing to protect the strings. I got rumpled up sets, but no kinks. They came fast enough. Chris
