Neat, clean and worth the cost!
Bought a pair of these to go with some slim BluRay drives. They make life a lot easier. The right angle and long enough cables let me install into a very close space on my SilverStone case.If you have a need for slim DVD drives you have a need for these cable. They make things neat and easy.

Good stuff
Worked great for my slot loading DVD drive, put into a EVGA Hadron Air mini tower case. The right angle connection is pretty much necessary for that case, and the braided cables are sturdy.

Good for tight spaces, but beware of connector coming loose
To start off with, this is a well-made adapter; the cables are sleeved quite nicely, and it fits quite well, especially in tight places like very dense mini-ITX cases. However, the connector engagement is "wobbly"--it's all too easy for the connector to go from fully-seated on the slim-SATA end to pulled out at an angle, with very little force applied. If you aren't too compressed for space, and your cables can come straight into the back of the drive (versus routing in from the side), I would suggest a screw-mounted, latch-ready adapter PCB like this one:http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-Slimline-Adapter-Power-SLSATACDADAP/dp/B002O1Y5HW/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1439237272&sr=8-15If you *must* use this connector, I would advise that you apply a little bit of hot glue to each end of the connector to keep it from wobbling free.

Makes for a wonderfully clean install in smaller cases
Makes for a wonderfully clean install in smaller cases. Nice and long too. Just take note of the connector angle from the picture to make sure it will work with your setup.

Works perfectly in Silverstone SG05
There are lots of these kinds of cables available but the silverstone one is the only one ive seen that is sleeved and its no more expensive than the others. It worked perfectly for my laptop bluray drive in my SG05 case. If i could change anything I would make the power connector a sata instead of molex but that doesn't really matter as most power supplies still have plenty of molex connectors.

Chipped Connector!
Overall the connector is great. It looks good inside the case, even though most of it is hidden. As far as I can tell, it functions correctly. It is being used for a Sony Optiarc Blu-ray drive, inside a Silverstone ML03B case, with a Silverstone ST45SF 450 Watt SFX power supply. The cable is more than long enough and flexible enough to get the job done. My complaint is two-fold. The packaging of the cable didn't provide much protection. It was coiled up in a ziploc style bag and placed inside a small envelope for shipping. As a result, the micro-sata connector ended up with a small chip in the plastic. This doesn't seem to effect the performance in anyway, but wouldn't have happened if it was packaged a little better. Not sure if this is Silverstone's or Amazon's fault. I would have returned it, but seeing how I had to route it through an alternate address in the states because Amazon wouldn't ship it to my APO address, it would have been much more hassle, and cost, to ship it back. I did find it rather odd that Amazon wouldn't ship this rather simple cable to my APO address, yet would ship a power supply and case made by the same company. Had the odd shipping practices not been in place and the cord arrived undamaged, it would have gotten five stars without a doubt.

Great product, if a bit overpriced
Great product, if a bit overpriced. I've discovered that buying a fancy Silverstone case has put me in the position to keep buying more Silverstone branded components. It is certainly a premium product, but the quality does not disappoint.
