I host a lot of bourbon whiskey tastings and food pairings in my home for social events with friends. Prior to finding this product I would always use natural spring water, but after finding and trying this product, I will never go back for some of my friends who do not have the pallet or appreciation for higher proofed bourbon whiskey, this product opens up the nose and palate for them in a way that they can actually begin appreciating higher proofed whiskey. My only complaint is that this product is put into plastic bottles. I personally do not like plastic bottles regardless of how safe they may be. This would be a premium product for me if they would use glass bottles over plastic. Otherwise this is a phenomenal product and I would recommend it to anybody drinking bourbon whiskey.

Some people may insist that the water you drop into your bourbon doesn't really matter. It does, and those people are wrong.The consistent thing I heard on distillery tours along the bourbon trail was to use between a drop to a splash of water to open up the flavor of the bourbon and/or suit it to your taste. This water does that, without adding non-Kentucky minerals and flavors to what the distillers intended.I have recommended this water to plenty of people, and will continue to do so. And I'll buy more when I need it. This two-bottle case will last a long time in the home bar.

Best for Bourbon but can be used for Scotch.

I am usually of the mindframe that water is water.Anyone who really know me know that I generally consider bottled water to be a ripoff, hahaha.But twice, once with a glass of Four Roses Bourbon and another with a glass of Gentleman Jack Whiskey this product did seem to make the spirits more smooth and soothing.Neither were high ABV drinks so the purpose wasn't to cut the strength or dilute it.By itself, have to admit its nothing special, but in a glass of whiskey or bourbon... Thumbs up!
