Fits M430 watch face way better; HARD to install
This band has a very smooth feel, not the typical silicone watch bands. This also fits the watch face far better than the other 4 bands I've had in the past. Far less gaping. My only complaint is it was WAY more difficult to install than the other replacement watch bands I've tried. There's no way to tell if the holes are lined up other than to push the peg. Also, I used the original pegs from the m430. The pegs This band came with bent because I pushed them too hard when the holes weren't aligned.

poor quality
The band fit the watch well and installation was easy. The band is much shorter than the original and men with larger wrists will not be able to use it. The real problem is poor quality hardware. I wear my watch fairly loose, but after 22 days of use the metal clasp broke and the watch fell off. After 50 years of wearing all types of watches, I've never see the metal clasp of a strap watch break.

Good replacement
After almost 6 years, my M400 band broke. I ordered this as a replacement. Good price and quick delivery. Fits perfectly and was pretty easy to put on. I used the tool to push out the old pins and a needle nose pliers to gently push the new pin in. It took some wiggling. Once I got the new pin about half way, I had some trouble getting it through the rest of the way. So, I pushed the tool in from the other side to help line it up.Seems to be a thinner band than the original, but robust enough.

A bit sweaty
This watch band is more massive than the original, with fewer holes, so even wearing it casually it tends to get sweaty, have to loosen it much more than with the original band. No biggie. Easy installation.

Totally Worth The $10
I was skeptical of buying a watch band that was so inexpensive. However, I thought I could spend the $11 to at least see if I was right. When I received it, the band felt nice. Now all I had to do was put it on the watch. It took hours and I bent some pins in the process. This was mainly my fault though. I was trying to put the longer band on the shorter band side. As soon as I switched to trying to put it on the correct side, it took about 5 minutes. I thought I was home free at that point. However, the short side gave me issues too. I ended up cutting away the two parallel plastic bars on the inside because my old, worn out, short band looked this way. The pin went right through just fine after that. This band is VERY comfortable and no rashes after 2 months of day and night wear. Since it is so cheap, I bought another pair for when this band gives up the ghost, which I would expect would happen in two years.

Cannot get the new wristband pins installed
Rev 1- I did eventually get the new pins into the new band, and properly assembled, after opening up the interior holes slightly with a drill bit. The band is nice and maybe this is a one-off problem. OK once its installed.Original- The wristband arrived on time and looked OK with 2 main pieces plus 2 attachment pins and a removal tool / guide pin to push out the old pins. The tool did a good job easily pushing the old pins out, but the problem was that I could not get the new pins to go in with the new band. This watchband design is not the same "standard" attachment system as any previous band I've changed with the usual spring-loaded pins that stick out at each end. This watchband uses a simple one-piece pin with no moving parts, but it has to be pushed in from one end and go through several internal holes before coming back out the other side. That requires the internal holes and pieces to be perfectly aligned, and mine apparently are not. Even placing the alignment tool in from one end to pre-align the parts, and then insert the slightly larger diameter attachment pin from the other end, it goes in halfway and then hits a point it won't go further. I'm gonna grind down the end of the pins to a point and try it again, but it was frustrating it didn't work out of the box.
