will not really work if you are self medicating yourself, you need a Planet Ayuveda Dr. to help
This is healer, I suffered hepatitis B, hypothyroid, early menopause and high anxiety. I Mande an appointment on line with Dr. Vikram. He proscribed me a few supplements, including Kanchunaar. It’s been almost 2 month on planet Ayuveda, and I am off my pharmaceutical medicine. I feel great and my life is moving on. Thank you to Dr. Vikram and all you team including the distributors.

smells very bad and chemically and has lot of food color
i have tried other brands kanchnaar guggul (Banyan and patanjali), none of them look this dark in color/dark green and black color and smell this chemically. I touched the tablet with wet hands and it stained my skin black which did not happen to me with other ayurvedic medications. These may be of good quality but i am hesitant to take them due to bad odor and coloring. I just started using them 3 months after purchase too bad the return window closed, now stuck with two bottles.
