DISHONEST PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS: BIG ADULT HAT, NO NECKTIE, POOR QUALITY
Too many reasons to return this: the hat is for adult (larger than my head size), no neck tie and poor quality of clothing.Waste of time and money. Requested return and refund already.
