First of all, I’d like to say my whole family has fallen in love with this water dispenser! The cold water is cold (just as cold as if it was in the fridge) and the hot water is steaming hot. I’m sure if you have many cups to fill the results would be different. But a cup here and there is fantastic temps! We are definitely drinking more water now! (And nobody is fighting over who is to refill the jug in the fridge now!)I love the option for room temp water too! That way I can make a pitcher of koolaid and use the filtered water without using up all the cold stuff.I love that you can use a 3, 4 or 5 gallon jug with this! The drip tray slides out super easy to drain and clean. When the machine is heating or cooling the water, there is a slight hum like your fridge might have. But once it’s done heating/cooling and the lights turn off, it’s quiet again. But seriously the hum is barely noticeable unless you are right next to the machine. I like that there are buttons to push instead of levers. Is a sleek, beautiful design, and feel the buttons will last. The lock on the hot is a safe feature, and still simple to use with one hand!We have a super small house, so I’m glad we went with this counter top model… we actually have it sitting on a wooden tv tray, pushed as close to the wall as it can go without touching the back coils. Eventually we will put it on something more stable, but totally works for now!The taste of the water with this unit is fabulous. It works better than expected! And the value for the money is absolutely worth it!Have I mentioned I love this product? ❤️

Perfect! 3 temperatures and the ideal size for an apartment or small house.

This unit was supposed to dispense hot, cold or room temperature water. From day one it dispensed hot water out of the hot spigot, cold water out of the cold spigot, and cold water out of the room temperature spigot. I purchased mine mid August 2022 and it just stopped dispensing hot water. So after about 2.3 years I now I have a cold water dispenser (which will soon be replaced by a different manufacturer's unit).

This is a great counter top water cooler. I use the 3 gallon water bottles and find they are easy to manage. In the morning this is so nice to make instant coffee or tea. You can keep the hot water switch off and it will heat up that tank within 5 minutes while you are prepping other things. There is some noise when it is cooling water but I am not bothered by it.

This product is not worth $10. I bought this product and had it for about a month and a half and it stopped Cooling the water. They replace it. The next one that came leaked within 10 minutes of me putting water and it was only 1 gallon of water fyi. Contact them again and replace it again in this process repeating two more times. Each time I had to repackage the unit take it to a delivery store and have it sent off in order to get the new one. Just to have the new one also leak almost right away with only one gallon of water. This product is not good and the company also did not hold up to the warranty. They did respond to my emails and they did replace the units that's the only thing I can say that was somewhat good. But after a certain amount of units they said they were going to be replacing them. Which doesn't make any sense if your product is bad then replace your product don't say you have a limit on how many you going to replace and if that's the case then state that clearly and it's somewhere in your description of your product. Hey if you can have four of these leaking and not working properly we're not going to replace for a fifth six or seven. Which FYI that's going to happen. So if you buy this product and you get a one that's perfectly working great for you if you don't and it's not getting cold or if it's leaking you can only going to get so many replaced and waste your money.

There are 2 different widths on the Amazon listing, and I was nervous it wouldn't fit on my 12" spot, but it fits perfectly and does the job! HOT and ice cold water instantly and room temp... all work great and the red switch is just hard enough to keep the kiddos from getting burned. I'll update if I have any issues, but so far so good!***I use the zero water filter for it, so I can filter rain water into it. Mike Adams tested all water filters and zero water and berkey were the best but berkey is now closing according to their emails. So, after the initial investment, we are set on fresh water for a LONG time.

Perfect for hot tea, great for cold water! Usually very quiet, except when the water is low it is louder, but that just flags me to change the jug!

I absolutely love this water dispenser. Such an asset to my room. I don’t drink nearly enough water, but now I do! Great value for the money. Easy to clean.
