Works great for me, but or all comes down to personal preference.
It works really well from what I can tell. I didn't get to use it on a flight yet because our trip got cancelled, but I tested it at home and it was a good fit for my neck. It might not be for everyone so just try it and then return if it's not right for you. I reached out to customer service to help me with an issue and they were responsive and helped me take care of it. I was very impressed with how customer service handled my problem. It's nice that it can fold flat and you can stick it in your luggage without taking up too much room. Hopefully soon I'll get to travel again and really give it a try for several hours.

Reviewed 7 neck pillows; this was numberâŚ
This is a great neck pillow but you still have the tip over sensation when falling asleep. If youâre in a window seat of have someone to lean against it isnât too bad. We were on an international flight (10 hours) with 7 people so I purchased 1 of pretty much every neck pillow design. This was my number 2 pick out of all of them. Number one being the one that strapped to the seat back and held my head in place. If the company could find a way to attach it to the seat it would move to the number one spot easily.

Nice! But practice at night while watching TV before taking on your flight.
This was certainly easier to pack in my carryon and access than the bulky type that travel as an extra item to carry. Thanks to a previous review, I practiced before my flight and it paid off. It is a bit of challenge to know where to place the support according to the direction where your head may fall when you doze off; often, if other passengers are an example, it falls forward so I tried positioning it slightly forward and to the right, but the most comfortable position was on my left. ANYWAY, it provided me some comfortable âsleepâ (L.O.L.) without falling into the person next to me.I took this out of the carry bag that came with it before boarding because the closure, which is very strong, is also very loud.Despite the little drawbacks mentioned, I was glad to have it, used it, and will take with on my next non 1st class flight (cause you wonât need it in 1st class.)

A Struggle Between Comfort and Circulation
I wanted to love the Trtl Travel Pillow. really, I did. The promise of a scientifically engineered, ultra-supportive neck brace (sorry, âpillowâ) that would finally allow me to sleep on a plane without waking up feeling like I lost a fight with the overhead bin was too good to pass up.Unfortunately, after several flights of dedicated testing, I can confidently say this: if you enjoy the sensation of being in a very mild, travel-sized guillotine, this is the product for you.The âSupportâ DilemmaThe concept is clever. You wrap it around your neck, lean into the hidden support, and drift off into blissful, ergonomic slumber. The reality? The only way this thing provides any meaningful support is if you cinch it so tightly that you start questioning your blood flow situation. At optimal âsupportâ level, I found myself teetering between âmildly uncomfortableâ and âIs this what a giraffe feels like in a turtleneck?âIf you loosen it even slightly, it becomes a $60 piece of fabric wrapped around your neck for no reason at all. And if you tighten it enough to actually hold your head up, congratulations! You now have a built-in pulse-checking device because your body will let you know very quickly when your carotid artery has had enough.In-Flight PerformanceMy hope was to finally achieve that elusive, graceful plane nap. Instead, I spent most of my flight adjusting, readjusting, and questioning my life choices as my seat neighbor side-eyed my increasingly desperate attempts to make it work. The âlean and sleepâ motion they advertise? More like âlean, start losing feeling in your jaw, panic, readjust, repeat.âThe VerdictFor those with an iron will, a tolerance for slight oxygen deprivation, and perhaps a slimmer neck than mine, this might work. For the rest of us? Save your money and go back to the classic awkward head-tilt-against-the-window method or invest in a real neck pillow. Or better yet, just accept that air travel is inherently uncomfortable and move on.Final Rating: 2/5 Stars â Points for innovation, deducted for it being a personal tourniquet for the worst possible location
