I have used this brand of hoisin sauce in jars for decades. I like it better than other brands. BUT beware this seller. They shipped this big, heavy can in a box that can fit 3 cans with very little stuffing to protect it. I arrived severely dented. I'm not sure if the seal has failed or not. A failed seal would allow germy air into the can and infect the sauce.
