Works perfectly for me
If you suffer with real health issues, you might be wondering, as I was, whether these pads are just a gimmick. I have a few heath issues, one of them is diabetic neuropathy. I was sceptical, but I'm glad to say that these pads have been very beneficial for my condition. I thoroughly recommend them if you're struggling with real health issues.

Worth trying at the price. Seems to work.
75 year old grumpy male. I was pretty sceptical about this product but it does genuinely seem to work. Just don't ask me how. My feet do not sweat so I have no idea how the black slimy residue it produces is generated. Now used for 4 days consecutively. Definitely sleeping better and feeling more upbeat and alive. A friend said how well I was looking. Nocturnal toilet visits down from 3 to 2. The patches are easy to use and the adhesive is excellent. I have been putting them on in the morning and leaving them on until the next morning. Worth a try. You will need to wear socks in bed otherwise the black slime could leak on to the sheets. Don't be put off by my description of black slime. It's not a big deal and it doesn't smell.

You can feel the toxins excreting
Definitely felt a pull in my legs and felt very good after I removed the patches.Only caveat is, do not wear the patch whilst in bed. It left brown marks on my sheets. Better to wear them at daytime.Overall, good product, should be used in wellness retreats.

Reduced swollen feet and ankles.
My ankles are slender and my thread veins are reducing because of these foot patches.I was complaining about swollen ankles to a friend - I mean my feet were bursting out of my shoes! Friend advised me to try these foot patches.I’ve worn them the last four nights. I don’t know how they work, but my ankles are now slender and my thread veins are reducing. After the first night, I woke up in the morning and the patches were black and wet and heavy, ankle-swelling was much less and my feet felt like they had had toxins stirred up and drawn out (sounds bonkers, but it’s how it felt, subjectively); second morning, patches black, wet and heavy, swelling gone down even more and toxic feeling much less; third morning, patches black, wet, less heavy and my ankles were slender and thread veins reduced. Fourth morning (today) patches less black, less wet, less heavy, ankles feeling easier, less tender around tendons. I mean, not that there was obvious tenderness before, it was slight, but I’m realising it was there now it’s going.I assume what’s in the patch supports the body’s lymph system and gets it moving. That’s what it feels like. That’s my experience. It takes a couple of mins to stick them on and you have to be careful taking them off in the morning because of the wet black stuff and sticky off the stick-on bit. It all wipes off with a damp bit of kitchen paper. Safest thing would be to wear light socks over them in case they peel off in the night. Also, I’ve slept a bit better. Says on the package it does other things. I can’t comment on digestion stuff and stress yet.

Think they're a bit of a waste of money to be honest
I wanted to give these a try, even though I was dubious, and this make was relatively cheap compared to the original Nuubu foot pads I'd seen. The Nuubu pads claim that over the course of 10 days you'll see less and less black stuff on the pads each morning. If these work the same, as they claim, they should also follow this general pattern. Each morning the pads were completely black, never an improvement from one day to the next. Perhaps my body is incredibly polluted? I find it unlikely given my lifestyle, but maybe it is. And of course I only used 5 days worth instead of 10, and I'm unwilling to waste more money in order to try for the full 10 days.I've seen one reviewer who used them for over a month with no change for 30 days - each day the pads were as black as the last. I've also seen people who have poured water on them or held them over a boiling kettle and they've watched the pads turn black. So it's evidence that there's a chemical reaction going on, just not proof that when they're stuck to your foot they're extracting toxins. Much more likely I think that they're just reacting to the moisture on your warm sweaty feet overnight. To counter that, I have seen people say that their pads got lighter over the course of X number of days, but I've never seen any of these people offer up photos of the changing pads. Possibly stooges, who can know for sure?As for the clearer mind and claims along those lines, I never really expected to feel anything like that and indeed I didn't. I imagine 5 days is not a long enough trial, but I also imagine that claims along these lines are a placebo effect to be honest. The only effect these things had on my were tingling on the souls of my feet throughout days 4 and 5. I don't know if this is a reaction to what was in the pad, or perhaps my nervous system having got used to the pads overnight sensing something it thought should be there but was missing.Overall I'm not convinced these really do pull toxins out of the body and no scientific studies have been published to show that they actually work either. Also the Federal Trade Commission has even charged some distributors of detox foot pads with deceptive advertising. My advice; don't waste your money.
