Swordfish 40358 A3 Slimline 10-Sheet Paper Trimmer [Purple]

Previously I bought a cheaper one but the blade didn't stay sharp for very long, so bought this one instead as wanted a more substanial one. Been using it for a few months now and its still cutting acurately so really impressed with it. Great paper cutter for a great price.

It seems like this would be a good paper Trimmer, but the blade jumps so the cut is not straight.This also causes the blade to rise above the metal strip used to cut against.I used it three times and each time this happened. I doesn't even cut 4 pieces of paper, let alone the 10 it is meant to.It feels very flimsy.I have gone passed the returns date, as I bought it to use occasionally. I will be contacting Swordfish.

Good paper cutter. Just don't cut more than 10 pages at once or you will have pull it apart and put it back together. Easy enough - just annoying.

Just what any teacher needs

This cut perfectly for the first couple of days but then instantly broke. While cutting, the blade managed to push itself onto the plastic cover and cut a huge gash in the plastic. Now it can only cut one page at a time. As a teacher, I need to be using this daily and it did not hold up.

This product started off well but stopped working for me after two weeks off use.Now, I may have over loaded it by a few pages so my mistake but still - I’m a primary school teacher and use it ten times a day so I am dissatisfied on reliability.

I bought the Swordfish 40358 A3 Slimline Paper Trimmer hoping for reliable performance, but it didn’t even last 12 months with minimal use. The ruler snapped unexpectedly, making it unusable. For the price, I expected much better durability. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you need something long-lasting!"
