I am not a docBut I will say this saved me while I was postpartumI feel like it helped regulate my hormones after my second babyI definitely felt the difference when it came to help regulate my emotions.It’s definitely not a supplement that makes you feel anything special but I will say noticed the difference when I ran out and forgot to reorder.I wouldn’t say I notice a huge difference when it came to milk supply because I generally produce enough milk.
