Excellent gadget to have in every cricketer’s kit!
It's been more than a month now. I got this striker for my son. The first thing I noticed was that it is straightforward & easy to use. Setting up the sensor was very easy, thanks to the instructions on the box. The best part is that the sensor is light and does not feel when installed on the bat. My son has been using it for some time now and seems to enjoy it. He has been pleased about using the smart video feature, where he and I can look at his sessions with videos & live stats of his batting which helps to assess his batting. However, I might be unable to relate to every aspect of the stats. I can make out in which areas he is improving consistently. He carries the bat sensor everywhere and starts training wherever he can. He then shares his session captured on the phone using their app with his academy coaches, and the coaches give their feedback and some training drills to improve upon right in the app itself! As a parent, I'm very happy with this device and being able to track my son's progress very closely has made it easy for a parent to asses their kid's progress.

Not Worth the Money.
I used the product just for 2 matches. Was actually impressed with the Technology and features but Stopped working after 2 matches. Just Keep Blinking when you charge it, but does not get switched on. Zero support from their technical team. They asked me to send a video of the product current condition, I did send the video and the Guy disappeared. If you are ok with spending 4K for 2 match of stats, this is the product for you. If not look somewhere else.

Useful Technology for improving my cricket batting methodology
It's been more than 2 weeks of using stancebeam sensor, and I am amazed to see how technology can be used to track and get immediate feedback of my batting.I needed to enhance my batting performance, thanks to one of my friend for recommending it. The sensor is easy to install and through app all the metrics such as bat angle, speed , backlift, power is presented in visually appealing manner. The best part of this is 4 second clip of each batting shots which very satisfying to see after the end tiring training sessions. Though I have used the sensor for just 2 week, I am happy that I am getting a sense control over my batting through feedbacks and realtime analytics of shots played. They keep on updating and adding new features in the app so I am exploring it further.Once I use it for a month, I will share more insights .

One of the best aid/tool for self analysing your batting
One of the good investment that I made to improve my batting...The device helped me to see record the sessions, analyse and compare the batting in different nets sessions that I have been doing.Initially there was a bit of difficulty to set up and get going with the app and the sensor.. But there was a person from the team who replied to all my questions to support with what was needed. Gave some tips on different things as well. There is a lot of new things they have been releasing on with the app as well. From the day I started using the sensor until now there was a lot of improvements, graphs and insights available on the app. They have more things on pipeline as well which is very interestin and useful. The live video of your batting with everyball is such a tool to see what really is going right or wrong with your shots. Added to it, now you can slow down and fastforward the video which lets you see how you missed the ball or edged the ball..When you cant afford a coach or not sure what your team members feedback/comments are right, self analysis is the best way out, this sensor and the app is one of the best aid for your self analysis. We are planning to use this soon as a tool to track and analyse our nets sessions for the team.Worth the money for teams/individuals who can't afford for a professional coaches or manpower to do all these tracking and analysis.

Transforming batting coaching into the IoT era
Well given the popularity of cricket and it being a multi billion USD business you would assume that the batting training would be scientific and quantitative. Unfortunately today its all driven by videoand coaches. Not anymore with Stancebeam. Nomore you need 20 year expedrienced coaches to know uour batying technique. With stancebeam you record video, analyse details like backlift angle/direction, bat speed , speed at impact, effeciency, power for every single shot you play. All your technique is now captured in raw data which Stancebeam can get analysed further by expert global coaches they have on their platform. So imagine having a practice session in Banglore and that being analysed by coaches in Australia pointing out minute flaws and suggestions for improvments in your batting technique. Well thats Stancebam for you...batting coaching will not be same anymore..kudos to the team. Go Stancebeam Go!

It’s ok - nothing great
Been using the devise with two of our bats. So far the information provided in the app is just ok nothing too good. The 3D modelling mostly does not work. Like in a session if you play like 40 shots then only 1 or 2 will have the 3D swing available, rest of all will say 3D model not available. The information provided is just ok nothing too great that improves the game hence the review ok. The video recording per short is good so you just put the phone on a stand a forget it and at the end just review shot after shot.
