Durability for this product is horrible.this is the third time we used it and the lid button broke already. Can't even exchange as it has passed the return date.

Broken handle. Got the same thing back with the pieces as replacement.
The one I got was with a broken handle.I returned it and ordered for a replacement, alas! I got the same peice back again as a replacement.
