Works great!
Makes refilling the soda stream so much easier. My bottles had the safety valve that would close up if you didn't ever so gently increase the pressure to fill them up, and would close up if you messed this up. I was getting really frustrated with that, so I purchased this, and it works like a charm.Other have noted some leaking issues, but I have not experienced that yet, so I'm assuming that may be something else. If I should experience issues, I will update my rating. For now though, I will be buying a few more to replace the other valves on the other bottles I have.

Works fine and easy to install
Put the valve from my soda stream bottles into a vice, removed old valve. Threaded in new ones.Immediately able to refill bottles without hassle at full speed. As one should.Probably need to freeze bottles beforehand. I could only get about 150 g into them. Which worked fine but is probably only enough for 20L of soda on my devices.Game changer. And so far no problems.Quality seems fine. It's a brass valve with a 3K blowout valve.

Doesn't work with Sodastream automatic machines
Bought for a replacement and the hole is too small to allow the pin to be pushed down by electronic versions of sodastream. Had to return and find another one or just buy another bottle. Fills fine but is unusable after filling, have to now get co2 back out and remove from bottle to return.

Works!
We got one based on reviews to try with our soda stream canisters. We were having trouble refilling with the existing valve. Replaced one and it worked great! Ordering more.

Perfect replacement
I replaced my soda streamer valve and it worked perfectly. Came with the o ring. Now refilling is easier. No leakage.

Whew! What a relief!
It was beyond tedious and wasted lots of CO2 trying to gently refill soda stream bottles with the original valve. This little jewel allows for a quick, efficient refill. For anyone trying to refill soda stream bottles, these replacement valves are a no-brainer!

Fixed SodaStream cannister
I accidentally damaged the overfill valve on a SodaStream cannister while refilling it. Didn't realize at the time that I could over-fill them, and the safety valve went, the way it's supposed to. Ordered this and replaced the entire valve assembly on the tank, and now it's good as new. Always refill your sodastream cannisters on a scale so you make sure to fill them to the correct weight of CO2...Looks like it doesn't have the little valve inside that's supposed to stop you from being able to refill the cannisters, but I've never had any problems refilling the original sodastream cannisters anyway, I just go slowly.

Good replacement for refilling CO² at home
These replacement valves allow easier refilling of SodaStream and similar brand CO² tanks. The hardest part may simply be getting the original valve off the tank if you didn't have a bench vise with soft jaws or a friend with really strong grip.I put a very small amount of food safe lubricant on the O-ring when I replaced the valve which made seating it well a bit easier. This will easily pay for itself after a number of refills off a bulk tank at home vs exchanging tanks in-store.
