UPDATE 11/28/2024I've been taking this supplement for over 6 months and less scalp shows through my part. My fingernails don't bend when I trim them; they clip off as they should. I think this is a great product for my needs. I would also note that I've been vegetarian, and trending towards vegan, for years. So maybe this product works for me because I had a nutritional deficit. Hate to compromise my planet-friendly values but hate worse turning into an uggo. I like this collagen blend. This is my 3rd order and the formula hasn’t changed. It has all five types of collagen, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid. My skin has seen much improvement.I went from two tabs per day to one because I’m very oily and collagen increases sebum.
