This bar is absolutely delicious! My friend told me about it years ago and I had been wanting to try it but my local Whole Foods didn’t carry it until the other day, when I saw it by the registers. I noticed this brand makes a few other flavors, too, but this is the only flavor that’s sweetened with honey, instead of cane sugar. This is really important to me because for health reasons, I don’t eat refined sugar, so any time I come across a honey sweetened chocolate, I’m ecstatic about it since they’re few and far between.Upon first bite, I fell in love. The chocolate tastes smooth, velvety, and reminds me somewhat like milk chocolate, except it’s not overly sweet. For a cacao bar, the taste isn’t as dark, which I personally like. I have tasted a few other honey sweetened chocolates and truffle bars before by other brands and this bar is, by far, my favorite. It’s $7.99 a bar but well worth it, especially when you compare it to its competitors. The bar is pretty big, so the price tag is worth it, especially when considering how clean the ingredients are. The only ingredients are unsweetened chocolate processed with alkali, raw honey, and cocoa butter.If you’re on the fence about this chocolate bar, don’t be! And be sure to buy more than one. You’ll thank me later.

Felt compelled to review bc of the asinine comment below me. This is high grade medicinal gourmet GOOD STUFFS. I am a chocolate snob / fiend. I was on here to bookmark this stuff. This specific bar is a very specific flavor. If you like raw honey and know what its like (ie how sweet it is) to have a half a teaspoon of that for a medicinal boost, that's what eating this chocolate bar is like. Do not expect to go into the 100% cacao for the bitter vs sweet in this case but do expect it for the incredible ingredients. I can usually eat an entire UNSWEETENED 100% cacao bar in one day. This bar slowed down my insanity. Hunks of this should be eaten like a ritual to the cacao gods & bees. A+ craftsmanship. Nothing else like it out there. (Only ingredients are unsweetened chocolate, raw honey, & cacao butter) The only way this could be better is if the cacao was super high grade and raw itself (in that case reviewer below me would be super upset bc it would not taste anything like a traditional bar or be for the feint of heart) Eat with confidence.

Not bad but didn't live up to the hype of the wrapper

I don't understand how they are getting away with this. It says in the ingredients there is honey in this bar... a 100% cacao bar has to be 100% cacao.. not x%cacao and x% honey.. that is not 100% I am contacting the FDA about this as well.
