Used but still great
When I first opened the bag I was a bit disappointed at the half assembled sets and used pieces. However, after disassembling everything and tossing the non lego pieces, I had so many useful parts. Lot’s of unique pieces while still including plenty of common and essential parts for builds. What makes this really worth it is the electric motor and shocks that were included, as well as the fact I found no broken pieces at all. Overall, easily worth the $50 I payed and I’d value it at $60 honestly. Also, many wheels and tires were included but not in the photo.

Clean, all Lego brand pieces, would buy again
The bricks are clean, not broken, useful pieces, all Lego technic pieces (not an off brand). No complaints here, we would purchase this set again.

Great assortment of Technic pieces!
Ordered several of these on a whim supplement my 30 year old Lego Technic collection. Was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and variation of the pieces I received. Received lots of wheels, gears, pulleys, axles, and beams (both studded and the new smooth mindstorms type). I noticed there were several half built models included that I promptly took apart to sort the new pieces from. Pieces were used, but clean and like-new. If you have Technic Lego and want to expand it affordably, this is a fun way to do it.

authentic Lego, but used, dirty, some broken and not all are Technic
For played with stuff thats old, dirty and a few broken pieces, 2nd pic shows parts that are bulky and clearly not Technic... i will not try this again and recommend you dont either.

A solid "meh"
While there was nothing deceptive, and it more or less matched the description, I found it underwhelming overall.Weight. 15.9 oz including package.Contents: "mostly" lego technic. I'd guess 60-70% technic. A bit of standard lego, a bit of miscellaneous. Almost none of the truly technical parts like gears.Condition: Pretty good. Used, but not bad. A couple bent pieces, but nothing broken. Clean-ish.Several assembled partial models meant a bit of disassembly was necessary, no big deal. Then a wash and disinfect cycle just to be safe.Biggest complaint - a few "useless" parts. For example mismatched wheels all missing the tires. But the description didn't specifically say there would be any matching parts.Verdict: if you are buying it for general parts, willing to accept having not all of it useful, and not looking for anything specific, it should be acceptable. Might want to get a larger batch to have a better chance of getting some matched parts.

Great and relatively inexpensive way to start on Technic builds!
It's a huge bummer that Lego doesn't offer a Technic starter kit-- You either have to cannibalize a very expensive Technic set, or buy a bunch of tiny assortments that add up in cost very quickly. This assortment was the perfect way to get my foot in the door without breaking the bank. The assortment I got had tons of beams, holed bricks, and pins, so now I just need to get a small assortment of gears and I'll be ready to start building stuff! Also, to all the negative reviews claiming the assortment they received was "not random enough" because it didn't have the parts they need, please realize that if these assortments contained an even mix of all kinds of parts, that would be LESS random, not more. If you want to know exactly which parts you'll receive then you should shop for the assortments with specific parts lists, which will be much more expensive. This assortment is RANDOM, which is why it's so much cheaper! If that doesn't sound good to you, buy something else!

I would not buy this.
I am disappointed. The legos that we received were not all lego brand, they were dirty, picese were stuck together. We received no gears. There were 2 lbs, but most were not even technic bricks. I would not buy again.

Wow what a disappointing thing to open.
So, Lego I’m a plastic inner bag? Box damaged putting it in the mail box. Turns into a lovely show of Lego parts launching everywhere. Fun to pickup for 40 minutes.Just imagine digging through an old toy box looking for lost Lego parts. Thats what your going to get. A box full of used, non-matching, dirty mixed kit garbage. A full box of One of one. Don’t forget the 20 tire wheels with no tires. Can’t make a damn thing since there’s no pairs of anything. Useless.A complete wast of money and a great frustration.
