The lock and volume keys are too hard and you can't recognise if you have pressed the button properly.. requires a hard press

Good quality on a budget
Good product, seems really sturdy and like it will provide a high level of protection. The free screen protector prevented my fingerprint scanner from working which is a shame, as it was a decent quality rather than flimsy plastic.
