Brightens skin for sure! I am clumsy and I sometimes go at things without knowing if I am fully capable of doing it without assistance lol. Because of this, I get injured. Good if you don’t want the extra calories of sugar and artificial flavoring, but it does taste sour/tart. Maybe mix it with a shake or drink to mask the sour
