Biutee Nail Stamping Plates - 10pcs Templates with Stamper - Christmas Snowflake, Leaves, Flowers, Animal & Holiday Designs

There's a bit of a learning curve to this including which stampers and inks to use and how quickly the dry. This is my second attempt.

I received the product on time and was neatly packaged.I will say I am quite the newbie at stamping and wanted a set that had a good amount of variety and this truly delivered. I love the sugar skulls and the Halloween plates the Christmas plates are ok, Roses and floral plates are beautiful. Honestly the only plate I wasn't a fan of was the random kitties lol. I did have a hard time picking up the image from the plates the first day, but after watching some youtube tutorials and practicing on a piece of paper the rolling method and seeing how pretty the transfer was; I was able to successfully apply to my nails! This stamping kit WORKS! Some learning patience and study required HINT: it's all in the rolling method!

Update: I used actual stamping polish on these plates, which did seem to help, but still not all designs show up. Still an OK value though!This product arrived quickly, which is great since I was so excited to try it out. I had read a lot of reviews and watched videos to help me before I tried them. I'm glad I did, because this set is far from perfect. I used regular nail polish and the stamper wouldn't pick it up at all! I tried several different polishes and nothing helped. So I read somewhere to wash the jelly stamper with soap and let it dry. That seemed to help out a bit, but I found that some of the designs are not useable at all. I'm not sure if the the plates are cut deep enough. I also would warm up the plate with my hand so they wouldn't be too cold from the acetone. I have stamping specific polish coming in and will update my review after I try it out.

The plates have a good variety of images, but the stamper does not work. I have washed the stamper with soap and water with no success in picking up images. I am reluctant to buff the stamper with a file or wipe it with acetone to "prime" it as I have seen others do. I was able to pick up images using my pueen stamper, but some of the images are a bit finely etched so it will take more practice. As others have mentioned the word music is spelled incorrectly on one of the plates. Some of the fine etchings also makes it difficult to clean stamping polish off the plates.

Stamper does not work AT ALL. I was so excited to use these and show them off to my preschoolers (especially the dinosaur, cat, and monkey designs) but I was only able to get partial images of the dinosaurs on 5/10 of my nails. And like I said, PARTIAL images. I wasn’t even able to get a whole dinosaur on any of my nails. The stamper doesn’t pick up any of the polish. The stamper doesn’t do a good job of stamping the polish either. Extremely frustrated because I had a set with a stamper before that wasn’t clear and it worked very well. I was very excited to get a clear stamper but this one does not work whatsoever. Not at all worth the money, even if the templates are cute. The templates are hardly worth anything if you can’t even use them because the stamper is garbage.

I find that with these plates, it's very easy to use with normal polish. Although instead of rolling the polish into the stamper as suggested, you have to almost press onto the plate to pick up NORMAL polish. I am sure that if you were to use the recommended product it would work as instructed. Great product overall, just needs a little exploring before you can be considered an expert.

Excellent variety of characters, love that there are even holiday ones in this. They work best with stamping polish, but regular can be used with lots of patience and retries. The stamp itself works well, also. However you have to be gentle or it will tear and rip. Learned that the hard way. Don’t need to use a lot of pressure. The jelly part falls out if you aren’t careful, feel like that could be an issue.

UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM!!!!—Alright. So I’ve used a stamping kit before that I bought at Walmart. That worked so well and so easy and I loved it. So I got this one Becuz of the holiday designs. However. No matter what I do the stamp DOESN’T WORK. Again I’ve had prior experience with this type of thing and this one just plain sucks. Cute designs. But REAL disappointed with this not working like it should. In all honesty, the stamping kit from Walmart of all places that I had before was SO much better than this one.UPDATE!!-If you file the stamp first so it’s not shinny it DOES work better!!
