PROBABLY order in a bigger size than what you're used to
I have two pairs of these shoes, both in the same men's US size and both purchased here. One is the most comfortable pair of shoes I have EVER owned and the other is so small I can't get my feet in them. I have no explanation. The pair I can wear is very durable. I wear them for everyday stuff and light to medium hikes.

Good, but... no wide size available.
The brand guarantees quality, but they need to offer wide size. I had to order a size larger and apply loosening spray to be able to wear them comfortably. Comfortable old models no longer offer them.
