The first thing I want to write about is the warranty. You have to do a little digging, but the warranty is available on amazon to read. The warranty on this item is not good. It's only for 90 days. Even if it breaks or dies during the warranty period, you have to pay the return shipping, which based on what other reviews I've read, is about $100. Now, if a product is defective, why should the buyer have to pay to send a defective product back? If I had found the warranty before I bought the item, I'm not so sure I would've bought it.Now, we've had the oven for about 3 weeks. It arrived with everything it was supposed to come with. The oven works as advertised. I want to confirm what other owners have mentioned, the oven does get hot on the outside, so we sit it on a large cookie sheet when we use it. It says in the owner's manual that the oven does get hot on the outside. So far, we've been satisfied with the oven, but whether it lasts beyond the warranty remains to be seen.Sept 12,2020-- Update on the review,, It's now Sept 12,2020 and it's still working. I have to say that we've been pleased with it. I do almost all my cooking in it.

So I bought this 1-1-22 it's now 3-16-24 I bought the save with used option it was faster shipping said it only had box damage which hurt a little but crap happens it's a great oven can't complain I see a lot of complaints of the mess and the pans well I have to be that guy it's a toaster oven that cook regular food and as much as you want to clean it spotless it's not going to happen you can probably but you'll ruin it the same with the pans your not supposed to use an abrasive scrubber on it it can scratch the nonstick surface and if something burns on it it will mess it up to I put aluminum foil on the drip pan I also use it on the pan and I spray Pam on the foil it helps with some of the mess

We replaced two older devices with this one; an IR convection oven, and a toaster oven with convection and rotisserie. This unit does the work of two while occupying the space of one. The air fryer option has proven great for chicken and potatoes while the bake and broil options work well for beef and pork as well as for fish. One can use the convection feature - the same fan that runs the air fryer but without that feature so food cooks quicker and uniformly. Very much worth the cost.

I love to cook but I just don’t like the mess. After using Emeril Lagasse 360 air fryer I realize this was going to make my life so easy. Not only does my food cook in a shorter period of time compared to the oven our stove top my food also comes out tasting delicious. Above is a picture of tilapia pecan crusted with Parmesan cheese with a little bit of butter. It was very good and easy. So I clean my oven and I will probably never use it again. Very satisfied with my Emeril Lagasse 360 air fryer.

Food is easy to stick to the air fryer pans which take some scrubbing to get clean. I usually soak them in hot, soapy water first then either scrub them or put them in the dishwasher. I’ve now started spraying them with Crisco or Pam and that has helped tremendously.This unit is very easy to use and the food turns out delicious every single time. The cookbook is great for recipes but doesn’t really include how long and at what temperature to cook marinated meats like steak, chicken, and pork so I just Googled those and the information came right up. I absolutely love this and would purchase it again.

I would’ve given this unit a five star rating until it stopped working, Before the bottom heat element stopped working rendering this thing useless one and a half years later with a one year warranty now I have to trash it. Very disappointing Emeril!
