NOT 7 feet, and NOT comfortable!
I had no idea there were such major differences between canulas! This one is hands down the worst I've ever tried.The first thing I noticed is that the nostril tubes are flat-ish. I could feel them on both sides of my nostril. Even trimming off a little bit didn't help. I could only wear it a few minutes before feeling it would eventually scrape the sides of my nostrils raw with normal movement. In the photo of the nose piece, my old one is at my middle finger and this flat one is on the left at my index finger (with the accidental Sharpie dot on it, LOL!).The next thing I noticed is that my ears seemed to be more uncomfortable than normal. I compared my old canula and this one side by side, and the diameter of the part that goes over the ears is NOTICIBLY larger on this one. In the first photo, my old one is on the left. So, I got out the calipers and measured, and sure enough, there's a difference. You'd think that little amount would liken me to "The Princess and the Pea" but believe me, when you have been wearing a canula for a while, you notice even a little difference when your sensitive ears are stretched out.Now, as for the hose length: it is 5 feet (not 7 feet as described), not including the canula. I wanted something slightly longer to allow a little more freedom of movement when using my portable concentrator, and this was only a few more inches than the ones I already have. Definitely sending the unused ones back! Awful!

The Strangler
These tend to twist up and "strangle" me. The first one I tried was really bad. The second one is a little better. I don't care for the green tubing but didn't think about that when ordering. Not something I will reorder.
