Honesty of original review
What I don't like is to recieve a damaged product in an undamaged package or box. This indicates that the product was shipped in a damaged condition. I haven't used the these vent pipes yet, so I can't give an honest rating for their construction or quality yet. Sorry... I had to be this honest.

I used it anyway because I didn't have time to order another, but it came out of the box with dents and creeces all over them.

Great product bad packaging
Really liked the product! Hated that it wasn’t better packaged and received it with several dents and dings in it! We just beat the dents and dings out and used it anyway, but could use some fragile markings or some bubble wrap on the outside of product before placing in box!

Great Pipe. Worthless after shipping
This is probably really good pipe. It looks like exactly what I would want if it had been reasonably packaged before shipping. I know there’s plenty of other reviews that say the same thing but you always think that maybe they were a one off. I’ve ordered four pieces and so far the three I’ve received are damaged. Back they go…

Disorganized
When we received our 2 pipes they were the wrong size. Had trouble sending them back because the company and Amazon couldn't seem to agree how to return. I needed 2 return slips for 2 pieces of pipe in 2 separate boxes but it couldn't get done. I had to tape both 6 ft boxes together with 1 return slip. Whe we received the 2 new pipes one was scratched and marred. The Pipe's work great it was a hassle and mismatched. Dissapointed.
