Look and feel great, Very satisfying to sharpen. Comes with sharpener and rubber :)
These are great value for money!! Comes in lovely and informative packaging and with a lovely little sharpener and rubber. Nice touch :) All pencils should be made this way in my opinion - just for the fact that the lead doesn't break whilst trying to get an even sharpen, (like it does in a traditional wooden pencil)! In my opinion traditional pencils should be thrown into room 101! Its 2023 and time to move on. As long as the world feels the need to have newspapers at least we can create value out ysof them in this way. Happy Days :D

Restoration Hardware- but for Pencils
These are nice! In that Brutalist style kind of way. I am usually a Ticonderoga pencils girl all the way, but these are pretty sleek, and elegant. I particularly like that the ones I got were not colourful but had a pure newsprint vibe. They are hard and not spongy, come with a small white eraser (no eraser on the pencils themselves), and a small plastic sharpener. Yes, the sharpener could be metal, instead of plastic, but I'm not complaining. they could still make it out of plastic (maybe a recycled plastic too-sortof marbled like this- really sellable style!). Overall, they are value for money for sure. Id only suggest selling in larger packs like Ticonderoga (90 ct, etc) for classroom and school sizes etc. Considering 8,000,000 trees are mowed down annually for just pencils, I'm not telling you to kick your nice pencil habit, but just saying maybe spread it out over some nice tough newspaper ones like these. Would look excellent in a Brutalist pencil holder and building ;)

Great recycled pencils
I prefer to get recycled where I can and finding these was great as we go through quite a few. They have lasted very well and sharpened to a point every time with no breaking. Would definitely recommend.

Good Product, but Erasers Would have been Nice
Good idea, well-executed, and good value for money (I paid less than £3). However, these pencils would have been even better if each one had an eraser on the end.Tip: carve an oblong notch into the far end of a pencil (I usually go for 1-2mm deep, 1-2cm long) and write its owner's name on it-- makes it easy for children to know which pencils belong to whom in the classroom.

These were the perfect end of term gift for my class after an environmental themed topic. Good quality too and value for money.

These are terrific pencils
I bought a pack of these pencils for work, then had to buy another because they kept being 'borrowed'! These are such good pencils - they sharpen up nicely and are great to use - which is why they are never returned to me!
