Digestive system restore
I have been drinking this in the morning for a week now. Only using 1/8 teaspoon in water with a little ice. Very soothing drinking. On the 5th morning this stuff really works as a mover. That’s what I was hoping for. Eliminate magnesium supplement for that purpose. I like the taste. I am not using a whole scoop. For me that would be way to much.
