Emporio ArmaniMen's Automatic Black-Tone Stainless Steel Watch AR60014

My son-in-law wore this watch at his desk job for 3 months. He was embarrassed to keep wearing it because the finish wore off heavily and it is supposed to be a sharp-looking watch. I contacted the seller who asked for pictures, which I promptly sent. They didn't respond further. I sent several follow-up messages with no response.

The watch was in non original box from Armani Exchange as well as warranty information. Now I am not sure if this product is original or it is just package mistake.After I wrote them about problem, they solved it by 3 business day box and warranty information replacement.At the moment I don't see any problems with watch and I like it.
