Buy, Buy, Buy NOW. Worth 3 times it's price
I took a chance on these boots without trying them on 1st because of the great price at $37.79. They are excellent boots so far after 1 month of use. I made sure to look at the manufacturer sizing chart witch I found on there website. The best way to make sure they will fit is to get the actual sizes of there boots, then grab a ruler or measuring tape and measure your foot to compare to there actual sizes since every manufacturer is different. In my case, my foot was 10 and 1/3 inches long and 4.5 inches wide. Going on there sizes I ordered a 10.5/2E wide. They fit perfectly, and are extremely comfortable only after a couple days of breaking in. They are more comfortable than the red wings I used to get cause the company I worked at gave me a yearly $100 allowance to red wing. I Just don't know if the durability is as good as yet. After 1 month I can assure you there better than any Walmart kickers but only time will tell if they hold up like red wings. After a month I'm thinking I'll easily be able to get a full year if not more out of them with my daily work schedule. I usually drive 6 hours and work in a warehouse 2 hours a day 5-6 days a week. At $37.79 if I only get 6 months out of them it's still half what I use to pay with a $100 yearly boot allowance to red wing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality boot, at a great price. Just make sure you buy the correct size. Don't listen to the bad reviews because I'd bet most just bought the wrong size. I am 6ft/1in 275lbs and know a good boot. Knock on wood my back pain has almost disappeared since I've been wearing these boots. Hopefully its actually the boots and not just me going through a good month like anyone with back issues knows about. For the price you can't not take a chance on them.

A Rare Level of Quality
It was Danner which was my favorite brand of work boot & safety shoes for a long time. The first time I ordered sketchers was in 2014, and I have not looked back. I should mention that the first time I ordered sketchers was October 10th 2014, and the product was SKECHERS WORK Men's Soft Stride-Compo Composite Toe Sneaker (Navy/Black 12.0 2W): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GI6TS26/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1That has been the only pair I owned until ordering this current pair which I am reviewing now. That's 2 and 1/2 years I got out of those shoes, and they are still serviceable. In fact the only reason I ordered this new pair is because we have a safety shoe allowance given through my employer, and it is a use it or lose it benefit. Otherwise I would have not needed to order new ones quite yet.It seems like I am reviewing my first pair more than I am reviewing this pair. My point however, is that I've been very impressed with Sketcher's quality, durability, and comfort. I'm generally very picky about quality in the things I buy, so when I find something which is up to par, it impresses me.This new pair of sketchers is shaping up to be every bit as excellent as the previous pair. They fit exactly as expected - which is another thing I like about sketchers, ie, their sizing consistency. They are super comfortable as well. No odd pressure points or irregular fitting characteristics. Sketcher's are, in my opinion, the best safety shoe / work boot, you can buy. If not for having to spend my safety shoe benefit, I don't think four or five years of serviceable life is out of the question for these boots.Well done, Sketchers.

Perfect for Being on Site 1-3 days a week
They're definitely wide in the toe, but on the whole they're solid, comfortable shoes.I work in Project Management so I am only on the construction site 1-2 days a week. For the price, this is a great shoe for when I am on site. They're comfortable and sturdy. However, they are a little big in the toe so I am walking around with more space than necessary. If you're someone like me who isn't on site that much and when you are on site isn't doing a lot of manual labor, it's a reasonable shoe at a reasonable price and will work fine. If you're someone who is on site everyday welding/laying pipe/ painting/ etc. I would recommend shelling out the extra $100 for a more comfortable, longer lasting pair of shoes.

Great
Bought for my husband. He is a welder. They are very comfortable. They look good and don’t even feel like steel toed boots. They’re easy to clean. They are not heavy feeling they don’t even look like steel toes. This is not the first pair of steel toes I have bought from sketchers I was in love with my pair too, this is one of the best steel toes I think you can buy. They are so comfy and you can wear them all day your feet will thank you.

Great boots for work and everday moving!
I really like these boots! This is my 3rd pair, my first two I bought at the Skechers outlet and this pair from Amazon. I work as a service technician on wheelchairs and I do a lot of walking, bending and moving- these boots are comfortable and allow great flexibility for boots with steel toes.I can get about a year or more before they start to wear, but the first thing that does get torn up is the insoles. This is okay but I dont mind since I can expect any boot to start there first anyway. The worst things I've experienced with the last pair was tearing at the shoe strings and if that over time the boots feel loose fitting even when I tie them tightly but good socks help and its good to since at the end of 8-10 hour shifts I can pull them off easily. My first pair was too large at 9.5 US, my second pair I went to 8.5 and it works out well. It seems they fit larger than what I expected, but now that I found the "sweetspot," I orderd online. See my photos!
