I use these (size L/XL) spikes on my size 12 winter running shoes, I’m about 190 lbs at 6’1”. I’ve been out for 5 or 6 twenty minute or so moderate runs on them. they have so far been terrific! Not one slip yet, they haven’t come off once, and all the spikes are completely in tact. On all kinds of ice; hard, soft, smooth, rough, black, white, you name it, they are great! Our winter here in Albany, NY has thrown quite a bit at us, and I run through it all. These are a VERY good piece of equipment for the $$.

They work great easy to get on and off. Keeps me on my feet. And secure!

I wear ladies 10.5 shoes; got the largest size. They fit well over gym shoes, but also stretch easily to fit over my winter boots (which of course are naturally bigger all around). I am buying another pair to keep in my car. The black pouch for storage is nice, because the logo is only on one side. The other is solid black, so no one will see these on the floor of my car.

These ice crampons provide excellent traction and stability on icy terrain. They are durable and easy to put on. However, they run a bit tight, especially if you have larger boots. Despite this, they still perform well, and I’d recommend them with the caveat about sizing.

We have had a batch of ice here lately. I've had these grips for several years, not using them real often, but when I did use them, they did the job without being difficult to walk on. They are usually left on one of my winter boots just for slippery times. They fit snugly, are not hard to put on, and seem to give adequate footing on wet ice. I never reviewed them before, but just today thought to give a good review. When I got back to the house, I noticed that one of the stretchy holders was partially broken. I still recommend them because they gave me good service, but the rubber may have been starting to deteriorate after several years, and may be repairable. I climb in and out of equipment, and may have damaged them on the steps of the tractor which are a little aggressive. If you company people happen to read this, I would be very happy if you decided to send me a new set.

Product was easy to put over my winter shoes, size 12, and appears to be well made. Walked out on our icy walkway and they provided good grip on the ice. I also walked on the bare street so you can wear them on a bare surface without slipping. Would buy again.

Easy to put on over boots. Great for non slip walking on icy slick spots and hiking. Lightweight and effective.

These are great and fit securely and snuggly around my size 13 shoes and hiking boots. Olive in Alaska and it's been a mild winter for now but have had a lot of freezing rain and my big driveway and walkway have gotten very icy this winter. I walk with a cane and needed to give these a try.i love them have fallen or slipped yet. When they get old and need replaced I will be buying them again
