Item was correct wattage but connection is 10mm, not 5mm as advertised so I can't use it

My laptop is an HP ZBook G6 from 2019, and without digging into it carefully, I saw ‘HP’ and ‘Z6’ and assumed this would fit. However the connector end seems to not match the spec in the description- it’s double the radius of the one I was expecting- and as a result, it doesn’t fit my laptop, not even close. At first I thought it was my mistake for picking the wrong connector type, but having now looked into it further, it seems I was sent the wrong size compared to what I ordered.As a result I’m unable to test it properly, so I have to give it a three-star review as a placeholder until I either find a laptop I can test it with, or get a replacement of the correct size.In the meantime all I can say is that the build of the main plug brick seems solid enough, and looks quite smart, and the packaging is nicely minimal and fuss-free. But as for whether it works, if I find out, I’ll come back and update this review accordingly.

Ordered this charger to replace my original HP charger which had died after 10 years. Worked fine for just over 12 months then stopped for no reason. After asking the seller how long the warranty was, and subsequently discovering it was two years, I was astounded at how quickly the seller busted a gut to get a new one sent out to me. Arrived after only a couple of days and I'm back up and running. Can not fault the customer service here. Wish more sellers were like this.10/10.

I bought this to replace a faulty charger on an Elitebook 8470p.My laptop only requires 65W so this 90W charger should last well.It appears to be a solid well built unit and the connector fits snugly in my laptop.The 'clover leaf' mains power connector that came with the unit does not fit the charger it came with. I stopped pushing for fear of breaking the charger. Fortunately I have the original from my old charger and that connected perfectly.There is no led to notify that the charger has power and is working.

Sometimes a wall wart style PSU makes for a much tidier wiring job than an in-line PSU and in this case a couple of these have made for a much tidier wiring job at the back of my HiFi rack where I use a couple of ThinITX PCs for media serving and playback ... absolutely no complaints about these units at all - they work without bringing any attention to themselves, what more can you ask for?

Ideal easy to carry charger, which is much easier than the original more bulky version. Arrived to time and specification and at a great price.

Item looks like its well manufactured but PSU transformer made a loud clicking noise when in operation, did it with the laptop both connected and unconnected, same rating as the hp one it's replacing so must be a manufacting defect.
