I use these sugars to sprinkle on sugar cookies before baking. They withstand the heat well - no changing of colors. They are a little bit coarser than some sanding sugars, so the colors show up well. And the colors are a lovely selection.

Came as promised. Decent sized bottles of product at a great price.
