** NOT RUBBER PVC-P. **
Advert and write up clearly state heavy duty Rubber, when arrived they are PVC-P. Very stiff and have crack lines allthrought the mounting holes.Only supplied with 4 bolts per flap when there are 10 mounting points per flap. I would think if only 4 used they would easy break off after a short period.Packaged so you can't see the stamp until you open themReturing as not as described.
