Poor poor poor. AVOID.
This was a booking that seemed like a bargain pre Covid. It turned into a repeated problem. The choice of bookings became more and more restricted. Options disappeared. Extras had to be paid in order to use the voucher. We ended up out of pocket even paying those extras. Seriously avoid this company. DO NOT USE THEM. Not happy and feeling ripped off. Had a really rubbish break and was glad to be home. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Don't bother it's a rip off
Paid the £££ and all you get is a brochure of nice hotels ........ and pretty much all of them you have to pay again it's cheaper to go straight to the hotel themselves. Had to give 1 star .... if I had a choice I'd say 0.

Doesn’t do what it says on the tin
Not a bad product however we have found that with most options you have to pay extra. I would think the savings using this over going direct to a hotel are very minimal. Everything seems to be an “upgrade option”

What I wrote was the truth!
As previously stated in a review that you choose not to print/publish. What is the point of this exercise?
