These tablets are HUGE!
First things first. These tablets are HUGE! If you have trouble swallowing tablets, these will be no good for you.So, I was advised to buy 200mg magnesium tablets by my pain consultant for fibromyalgia pain. I don’t know if it’s a fluke or not BUT normally, after 2 days at work, I’m fit for nothing. Well, I’ve just done 2 days at work and I’m in virtually NO PAIN!Maybe these tablets really have helped? Or maybe it’s just a coincidence? Either way, I’ll try to remember to come back in a few months to give a more accurate update on how effective they are.

Excellent value for money
These are quite large but do go down quite easily with plenty of water. They have helped my husband with his cramp in his legs and he get good sleep now. It is excellent value for money as you only need to take one tablet per day to get a good dose of the magnesium.I would thoroughly recommend them.

I have been taking one before bed and it has helped with restless legs and wakefulness

Helps me sleeping better
The pills are fairly large, I don't mind but my partner snaps them in half, something which is easily done. I have definitely noticed a big difference in that I sleep more fast and restful after about 1,5 to 2 weeks of starting them. Very pleased.

Great value for money but hard to swallow
These vitamins arrived quickly and well packaged, and the product itself is great value, and just the right dose alongside my multivitamin (I'm taking these too to hopefully boost my immunity). However the tablets are huge! I don't normally have issues with any vitamins or medication but have to break these in half, and they're still difficult to swallow.

HUGE!!!
These are HUGE. Unless your hard-core will need to break them in half to be able to swallow! That said they have seemed to help with my restless legs & arms.

Choked and nearly died
After several failed attempts at taking one, I tried snapping one of these in half and even then It lodged itself in my throat, I choked, couldn't breathe, and probably nearly died and it only dislodged after punching myself in the back over and over leaving me with an extremely sore throat.I'm 5'10" and pretty huge in general but this is unsuitable for any human to consume due to it's size no matter the amount of water you down it with.STAY AWAY!
