True Cornichons
These are true French cornichons-they have a perfect sourness without being overbearing. Use them for charcuterie boards, pair with raclette, or eat them on their own. The price is worth the higher quality.

Superb. Nothing else like it.
Simply the best food product ever. The unique flavor is slightly sweet and just sour enough to be perfect. If you like pickles, you must try these.

Vinegar straight vinegar. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
For the price they are ok but you’d think with all the onions inside floating around the pickles would taste like straight vinegar! Glad it didn’t break the bank, but I’m sticking to the Belveder brand from now on. Like you don’t taste ANY of the other ingredients besides vinegar. At least the brine will come in handy to sprinkle over my French fries. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Nothing worse than a limp Cornichon! Only reliable crisp Cornishon on the market!
Leave it to the French to make the best Cornishons! There is truly nothing worse than biting into a limp cornishon, it makes you question the world at large, it creates an instant distrust and ruins the charcuterie. The only people you can trust to get you a crisp cornishon is Maille. Your prosciutto choice can be a huge error, but it wont ruin the plate- (or that packaged salami from Costco that should have been cancelled the moment you picked it up, please dont be lazy with your "saucisson" , but if you get the cheeses and the cornishons, the creamed honey, local jam, and the seeded mustards (Maille is best) then you can get the seal of approval.
