I had been on a prescription medication and one morning, I awakened to find my toes, feet, ankles, and legs painfully swollen. I stopped taking the prescription medication slowly and the swelling did not stop. Not wanting to go back onto another prescription, I kept track of my blood pressure (it was fine without medication) and I began to do some research on natural diuretics. I kept coming up with the formulation that is in Capisettes. I asked a friend of mine who is a nutritional chiropractor what she thought, and she checked my research, okaying Capisettes as an excellent alternative to try out before having to go for a prescription. It took a few days to work, but it worked beautifully, and I am now swelling-free and my blood pressure is still fine. I highly recommend these pills. The most important thing to know is that they don't work right away, but there is a difference, at least there was in me, right away. They may vary with each person's metabolism as to how fast they work, so be patient. If you have blood pressure though, check this out with your doctor. If your blood pressure is fine, it's definitely worth a try because of the results.

not working how I wanted it to.

I normally don't like to give negative reviews but I don't want other people to pay for something that may not work for them. I have a problem with chronic swelling in my left leg and foot. Some of it is due to poor blood circulation but I am getting special scans done next week but the point is the product. I wanted to get some help with blood flow besides, the product even claims it is to help swollen feet, ankles, and legs. After using for a month, I felt no better at all. No difference. Then I found Ginseng tea made from concentrated ginseng and that tea must help blood flow because a cup in the morning and at night and I got reduced swelling and pain reduction by half or more with the tea after only a few days so now I use it regularly. As far as this product helping any swelling. It did nothing for me. Not to say that it might help someone else, it just didn't help me so you might want to look around before making a purchase.

Does work after 2-3 days continuous use. However, for me it was the same as taking Dandelion Root Capsules. At nearly $30.00 for 60, I will just as soon buy 100+ capsules of Dandelion Root. Maybe it will work better for others, but for me it was merely overpriced and average.

I agree - I knew it was working because I definitely also noticed that I was urinating a lot more in frequency and volume, which means that all excess (and likely more than just the extra) fluid in my body was being excreted and pushed out of my system. Please be sure to note that although this is not a chemically clinical pharmaceutical drug for edema/swelling, the ingredients absolutely should be considered potent enough to compete with some chemical medications for the same diagnoses. Therefore, PLEASE be cautious to keep WELL HYDRATED. I know that this is very counterintuitive (i.e. why would you drink a ton of water if I'm trying to LOSE water weight?) but trust me, the science is very complex and clear that you must remember to drink plenty of fresh water and healthy fluids (teas, pure fruit juices, etc) if you have edema-based issues. Furthermore, if you're using this supplement, you really don't want to get dehydrated (which can lead to so many other uncomfortable and serious symptoms and issues) so make sure to keep hydrated while taking this supplement, and I wish you all the best!

THIS STUFF IS GREAT! I have Stage 3 Lymphedema in my lower abdomen and lower extremities (legs and feet) left over from a tummy tuck surgery that I had 10/22/15, and I pop 2 of these guys in the morning and it helps the swelling A LOT! I still have to use my Flexitouch pump and wear compression garments but I would be in much bigger trouble if I didn't use Capisette! I ran out of them and went without for almost two months and believe me, I could totally tell the difference! I just received my order last week and within two days I noticed a BIG difference in my legs and feet. People with Lymphedema MUST follow a strict routine/program and when I was first diagnosed with Lymphedema, I was ignorant to think that water pills would work. Sometimes water pills are used in the treatment of Lymphedema, but my PT said most of the time they don't work because the lymph fluid gets trapped between the blood vessels and the tissue. So when I was "trolling" on the internet for an alternative solution to water pills, I found Capisette! In fact, I recommended Capisette to my PT and she started using them, LOL! As always, check with your doctor before taking any type of alternative supplement/medication. Me personally, I give Capisette 10 stars because they work for me!

This is a a very effective, yet gentle and non-disruptive, diuretic. Each capsule is a compound of various herbs long used for to rid the body of excess water, including dandelion root. I felt the effects within the first 36 hours of starting this supplement. I have not yet taken this product for the first, full 2 months, which the manufacturer states is needed in order to see the "full effects," so I cannot specifically state at this point the effect of this particular diuretic on legs and ankles, but so far I am happy with the results and optimistic.Recommended dosage is 1 capsule 2x a day, but I imagine that after the full and first 2 month course it may be sufficient to continue with 1 capsule a day if someone has a tendency to retain excess water.

I’ve been getting this product for over 2 years with no problems. My last shipment did not arrive to me, although I did get notification that it had been delivered. I contacted them to ask for a refund since I didn’t receive it, I’ve heard nothing! These pills are expensive and I’m very disappointed they have not tried to right this situation!I will not buy from them again!
