Best Waffle Mix
I am very particular about waffles and have tried many different mixes but if you like real "Belgian" Waffles, this is the mix to try. You need to follow the instructions carefully as the sequence matters in producing a smooth and air enriched mix but the results I have had made me purchase New Hope Mills in multiple bag orders. They are only periodically available in stores that carry other New Hope Mills mixes so I went to Amazon to find them.

Even better Krusteaz
Very good vanilla taste and texture was great. We had been using Krusteaz waffle mix, it was very good but this beats it. However it is more costly.

Don’t buy from Amazon
Product makes great waffles. I then found it in the grocery store at a small fraction of Amazon’s price.

Light and Fluffy
Definitely a light weight, in a good sense. So fluffy and light and melts in your mouth. Just wonderful, need to make an ice cream sandwich with them next.
