I bought this product as a gift for my sister and brother in law for their wedding anniversary and they were so surprised and happy to receive it. Until someone uses the product they don’t know what they have been missing, it just feels like you are in a massage center after a long and tiring day, a perfect gift for someone who spend most of their time standing. It has several modes that can be adjusted as per your preference and product can be enjoyed from any room of your house even while you are watching TV. There is a sense of instant relaxation after using it for 15 mins.All in all a perfect product for your parents and grandparents too who don’t have to depend on anyone and can get instant relief for calf cramps. Love it!

It is a good buy. I just feel that it should be a little cheaper. massaging is good but if you are thin the pressure may not be same, there should be height and pressure adjustment to it. The calf massage is not that effective if your legs are thin.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the AGARO Amaze Foot & Calf Massager, from Amazon on 2nd March. The product was delivered on 3rd March but unfortunately, it worked for just 1 month. On 7th April, it stopped working. It would not start at all and every call to the Agaro helpline has been disappointing. On 8th April, we were told a service request has been raised (complaint number 324432) and someone will come over to our residence in 24 hours to take care of the issue.Since no one showed up in 36 hours, we made another call to the Agaro helpline on 10th April in the morning and were told this will take another 48 hours or so for them to locate a service person and send them to our residence to check the product.Please note, this product was bought for my father who is a senior citizen and has been using this product to take care of his blood circulation issues. He is now left with no remedy and with no one willing to provide any assistance.It has proven to be nothing short of a disappointment.The first complaint regarding this faulty product was registered on April 7th. After numerous emails and follow-ups, a technician finally visited on April 21st and replaced the motherboard. However, during the technician's visit, it was immediately evident that the machine remained faulty. The technician himself confirmed that the massager needs to be replaced.This massager is being used by a senior citizen, and it is utterly unacceptable that they have to struggle with inserting and removing their legs while the machine is running. When switched off, the massager compresses and remains in that state, making it impossible to use safely or comfortably. This is not only inconvenient but also potentially hazardous for the user.The quality of this product is outrageous, and I am appalled by the lack of responsiveness and effectiveness in resolving this issue.Amazon India too stated they will assist with the warranty refund or replacement but have done nothing in this regard!

Its not helpfull to my expectations, its not reaching to calf height and pain is backside of calf area butits not massaging in that area, also its not leg and foot joint

Both my wife and I are senior citizens (67 and 73 years respectively) and often face the problem of tired legs and resultant pains and aches. We have been using the machine in our home and are 80% satisfied with its performance. It really relaxes and rejuvenates our legs. But I feel it's coverage is little less than required. I am 171 cm tall. The machine does not cover my total cuff muscles. Also, for a person with thinner legs, the pressure on the calf muscles are less.After using it very sparingly for about 5 months, the machine started emitting noise. I contacted Agaro customer care on several occasions to rectify the problem but other than an acknowledgement, no help was extended. Finally, about 10 days back, one gentleman responded that they have sought approval of higher ups for replacing the machine. But thereafter there is no response from Agaro.I request Amazon authorities to take up the matter with Agaro so that the problem in the machine is either rectified or the machine is replaced. Please help us.I would like to inform you the latest status.Today (20.03.2024) another machine has been delivered to my address. The old machine has not been taken back. Since I don't know the next move by the company towards providing the replacement machine, I have not yet installed the new one. I would wait for a couple of days to hear from the company. ThanksI am really fed up with Agaro. The machine delivered as replacement of the original one is also defective as in the right side of the foot massager there is a particular point where something hard strikes the bone and after few minutes, one cannot continue with massaging as that particular point near right ankle gets dented due to the pressure from that unknown hard object. I don't know where to go for rectification of the same. Because, Agaro doesn't respond easily. Can Amazon help???

I bought it for my mother. She is diabetic and often get swollen feet. This massager really helps with regulating blood flow. She is very happy and uses it on daily basis to manage her pain nd blood flow. Highly recommend for people who suffer from blood circulation in feet and legs.
