I got with really bad packaging with box was open, battery cover was removed, even the front light was out of place -- not something customer want to see again after all spending this much money.Eating battery in short span maybe due to all the moving functionality. Initially I thought LEDs are placed at hands as-well, but that is not the case.I've been using the toy for last 10-15 days, functioning as expected.

It seems that the seller failed to conduct proper quality checks before dispatching the product. Upon receiving the robot toy, I noticed several defects that were clearly overlooked.The most glaring issue was with the joints, which were loose and poorly assembled, making the robot's movements erratic and unstable. Additionally, some parts of the toy appeared scratched, indicating a lack of attention to detail in the manufacturing process.What makes this situation even more frustrating is the fact that Amazon, as the platform through which the purchase was made, should have ensured that products meet a certain quality standard. However, it seems that this crucial step was overlooked.I reached out to customer service, and while they were responsive, the process of returning and replacing the item has added further inconvenience to what was supposed to be a straightforward purchase. Overall, I'm disappointed with both the seller's lack of quality control and Amazon's oversight in ensuring a satisfactory product reaches the customers.
