Excellent Tool
There should be a machinist square, along with digital calipers and a good pencil sharpener, in every shop. You want too know if things that should be square really are square. Certainly if you have large power tools, like a table saw, a machinist square is essential to squaring up the blade and tweaking the fence. This is a good one, and unless you’re working to aerospace tolerances you don’t need to pay more. Buy a machinist square and you’ll be surprised how useful one is

Only the outsiside is square on the one i recieved.
The outside surfaces are precision ground and dead square as far as I can measure on my surface plate.The inside surfaces - not so much. It's clear from the surface finish they are not precision ground. I can measure up to 0.013mm variation across 75mm. Well out of spec for DIN 875-0 which is .007mm. A knife edge square reveals light shining thru as well. I have a couple other types of Kinex squares that are true inside and out. Maybe I just got a bad one?

Very accurate
A little smaller than what I had pictured. Has good weight to it. Good size for double checking your table saw blade. Will be ordering the next size up.
