Q: I'm new to this. How well do these belts last, and how often do you have to buy a new?

Well I have had mine 3 years and it’s still like new , but I don’t wear it every day either

Q: help i cant get the belt off i pushed the lever and nothing hapens!!!!! how do i get belt off?

The lever is on the bottom of the belt if you route it left to right and on the top if you route right to left. Push out away from your waist. If it’s stuck, push the belt in slightly to take the pressure off of the latch
