The machine came quickly and was just as described! Our first attempts at sublimating have been great, what errors there have been have been operators errors not machine.

Mixed results every time and a lot of wasted merchandise because of it, no real way of knowing why or how it is so inconsistent. I started doing 8 cups at a time and now down to one at a time placing it in different ways and still getting mixed results. this has been an expensive disappointment, I've had more failures than success with this so far. I do not recommend! I purchased this as I hoped it would allow me to press many mugs at a time (12) as shown in many pictures and how to use videos, Sadly I must now purchase a new mug press to complete my work and will have to put this aside as a very expensive, big, heavy and unattractive piece of decoration. and It came with no plates as a shown in picture but with tiles for replacement and broken mugs.

The dishes that came with it had some of plates and cups broken.

Have been so busy with my cameo I haven't got to use this yet. So I'll update after use. But I'm very excited to use it. It's a really cool machine. Very flimsy. The lid wobbles big time when you open and close it. But hopefully it still works when the time is right... I'll let you know.

I love this thing!! Bonus that it came with all this extra stuff.
