Oyster sauce needs to be refrigerated once opened to preserve its shelf life. I have used it upto 12 months after purchase without any problem. Organic products like this including Soy Sauce have stated shelf lives 18 months from date of manufacture but need to be kept cool.

Great taste but one of the bottles broken.

It's tastes great and adds that umami taste to stuff without overpowering the flavour like soy sauce. I've ordered it twice but the second time, on of the bottles was broken.
