2001 gs430 needed the PEDAL DANCE
Tried the lock unlock programming to no AVAIL .....then reading the reviews and saw the PEDAL DANCE. Worked like a charm1. Insert an already programmed master key into the ignition. Do not turn.2. Press and release the gas pedal 5 times.3. Press and release the brake pedal 6 times.4. Remove the key from the ignition.5. Insert the new key you want to program into the ignition.6. Press and release the gas pedal one time.7. Wait 1 minute. The security light will be blinking for this one minute. When it stops blinking your key is programmed. To end programming step on brake one time.NOTE: Look for your security light. This light will guide you during the programming procedure. The security light will go off at Step 1. It will remain off until Step 6. The security light will come on and start to blink after Step 6 until the key is programmed. If the security light comes on after Step 4 STOP the procedure and start over again.If you perform this procedure too slowly your car will not go into programming mode. If you can not get your car to go into programming mode make sure you are using a master key and not a valet key. If you have a master key then you will probably need to perform this procedure more quickly.

They work, but…
Worked for 2000 gs300. The “but” is that compared to oem key the range of these keys is about within a foot of the car LOL. I thought the programming wasn’t working because as soon as I walked away from the car it would not unlock or lock but standing next to car it works.

It may lose programming
Fob for my gs300 worked BUT it lost signal multiple times which could have been catastrophic if I weren't in my very own backyard . They are however programmable right from the drivers seat of your car . Gas pedal and brake programming mode works .

For these that were unable to register the transponder chip. .
If you had trouble or were unable to program these keys to your car, the issue lies with the casing of the key. It is too think and blocks the transponder chip from communicating with the car during program session. After I took the transponder chip out of the shell and held it next to the key hole, I was able to program it successfully, I also shaved the casing on the inside of the key to a minimal thickness and placed transponder chip there. Now the key works just fine. Not ideal but better than dropping 500 bucks at a Lexus dealership for two keys. Hope this helps someone else.
