Helped my wife with her knee replacement!

This product is a must-have, if you have had knee surgery, or broke a leg, or any other issue where a leg is injured, immobilized, and extremely painful. After knee surgery in the hospital, I tried to fashion something similar to this, using an Ace Bandage. The physical therapist that visited me brought a leg lifter with her, and it worked way, way better. Getting in and out of bed, or rising from any sitting position is made very much more easy with a leg lifter. I can't think of a way it could be designed any better. The material is thick and durable. There is a thin metal rod inside the material to give the leg lifter shape and the ability to reach to a foot. The rigidity of the metal rod is perfectly balanced to make it easy to shape, while being firm enough to lift an immobilized leg up using one or two hands. If you are planning a knee surgery, or are recovering from something similar, this should be a first thought purchase.

I don’t like this. Don’t waste your money. I am returning it. It is too short; made of a very light metal inside; the metal is twisted and the item is unusable.

Was very useful and then easily folds up to store away

I used on very similar when I was at rehab. Place wire loop under your foot and it helps you lift your leg when getting into bed. Only used for about a week until ai got my muscles back! Than I donated it back to the Rehab/nursing home so the next person did not have to buy it!

Instead of coming straight, it came curled up and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get it straight. Very frustrating.

Just what I needed! Made it possible to get in and out of bed without the help of my busy daughter.

Should have read the reviews - there is no rod with this product as advertised.Pretty much useless without it.

Not at all what is described. It’s a thin nylon strap with a few pieces of metal that perhaps you could try and Lassus your foot with? There is no rigidity in the strap at all. I don’t know if they sent me the wrong thing, but what they sent me was useless

If you are having surgery, total knee replacement , hip replacement you MUST, no, you HAVE to purchase this ridged tool .Otherwise you have to put a yoga strap around your foot which means bending, horrific pain, just to get it around your foot…and this ridged one just plops right over your foot

This leg lifter has been amazing . I bought it for my husband who has just had knee surgery and it has been invaluable to him. I definitely recommend this product for anyone who is having surgery or needs any type of assistance moving or lifting their leg.
