Is this waterproof?? Will it leak through the material if water is spilled inside?

I bought this bag recently May 2019. I tested it and it is NOT waterproof. The water leaks through the crevices from the bottom inside corners of the bag

Is the bottom/base solid and/or supportive? Or does it droop when you add heavy items? thank you!

No solid base, just the insulated plastic and fabric. Relatively supportive though!

How well is this bag insulated? How well does it keep contents cold/hot/fresh? Is it leak-proof?

Yes! Insulated nicely, keeps my food cold with an icepack.

I find the bag to be solid and the bottom taut. In my experience, it does not droop with heavier items.
