This is by far our favorite electrolyte powder. It tastes incredible and keeps us feeling good for long workouts, hikes, and mountain bike rides. Definitely helps with leg cramps.

I started using this product on a keto diet. I’ve been on weight loss medication for a year and a half, and this has gotten me through being dehydrated all the time. I like the flavor of the raspberry lemonade in the jar. My only complaint is the individual packets taste completely different from what’s in the jar. The jar has a pleasant citrusy taste. The individual packets are just sour.

Ordered the Raspberry Lemonade, taste is good and mixes well. My reason for only giving 4 stares is that it is sweetened with Stevia. I don't like artificial sweeteners, but that is my fault for not reading all the ingredients.

Great flavor! I’ve never had this flavor for an electrolyte supplement. Simple ingredients that follow my diet. Great quality and taste. Good size to get Good use out of!!

This product is quite tasty and and also quite effective. In addition, you get a good yield from this fairly small jar. If you, like me, need more electrolytes, this is a exceptional way to get them.

Flavor was decent compared to others but it left me wanting more. That can also be a personal preference though as I usually prefer stronger flavors, so I did add a bit of my own water flavoring to enhance to my liking. I did notice a slight powdery taste/texture towards the end of every drink as you do find it hard to dissolve all of the powder. If you slightly underfill the scoop this usually resolves the dissolving issue. I love that it came with a scoop but the size is not very convenient if you are using it in the go for an actual bottle of water. Better suited if you are using your own bottle. Overall I think it’s a great quality and quantity for the price compared to other well advertised brands that are becoming way overpriced.

This has become a staple for me and I feel so much more hydrated using this instead of just drinking water and I love the taste!

I bought this product to avoid Keto Flu, which I was already getting, hidering my efforts to loose weight. This worked very well and very fast. When you're doing keto, since you're consuming very little carbs, your body looses a lot of water and can dehydrate you, provoking these keto flu simptoms. The minerals you deplete more rapidly are sodium and potassium. Sodium is easily replenishable with meals, but potassium is harder. The 1,000mg of potassium in Keppi do wonders in this sense.
